Marika Mentula leads the sales and account management effort in Nokia for eleven countries across Nordics, Baltics, and Benelux. Marika has 24 years of experience at Nokia. Before her current role, she ran a customer team in Finland, mastering the introduction of 5G enabling the customer to move fast in the market. She has also run Nokia’s global Mobile Networks sales strategy and operations and managed large transformation projects, including integration of Alcatel-Lucent with Nokia.

Additionally, Marika has held several roles at Nokia in procurement, supply chain and logistics, and demand planning.

Marika calls herself a passionate telecom world citizen who is excited about the possibilities enabled by Nokia technology in a sustainable way.  Additionally, she is a devoted mother of two, a life companion, part-time volleyball coach, avid skier, and a curious traveller loving mountains and sea.
