How do I get my ticket?

E-tickets will be sent via email 2 weeks before the event. Please remember to check your junk/clutter for your badge also. If you have not received your badge, you can also collect from the registration desk on arrival.

We accept all major credit cards and can also take payment via bank transfer and over the phone. To pay via either of the latter 2, please complete your booking and select the ‘invoice’ option, then get in touch with the team with your payment preference and invoice number at enquiries@5gexpo.net

What’s the best way to find our what’s going on at the event?

There will be a free event guide available at the registration desk which lists all the sessions and activities taking place over the 2 days. We also recommend following us on Twitter (@5g_expo) as we will be live tweeting updates and images throughout the event.

Are there any dedicated networking opportunities?

Yes. Ultimate and Gold & Pass holders will have access to the VIP Delegate Networking Lounge within the exhibition, in addition to the official Networking Tool which allows you to connect pre-event and arrange meetings during the show, and also an invitation to the networking party  following day one of the conference. I want to see the conferences but cannot make it to the event. What can I do?

We offer a ‘5G Expo Plus Pass’ which provides access to the session materials from all 5G conferences. This includes PDF copies of the presentation and audio recordings. This pass also gives access to the networking party on Day 1 and the official Matchmaking Tool, networking app. You can register for a session materials pass here.
